Greta Knutzen
Founder & Principal
Greta has channeled her passion for fostering strong, healthy communities, into initiatives across the Upper Delaware region. After relocating to Sullivan County, N.Y. in 2020, she founded Tusten Social, a non-profit organization that collaborates with local partners on year-round programming focused on health, wellness, and socialization – particularly for families, seniors, and youth. Greta is also a member of the Narrowsburg Volunteer Fire Department and serves on the board of Growing Older Together, a local non-profit.
For the two decades, Greta has spent her career solving problems and managing complex stakeholder relationships. As an award-winning media executive, she produced documentary film and television, organized large-scale public art events, and collaborated with high profile organizations that include United Nation and World Bank, among others. Her work has won numerous accolades, including an Emmy®, two Overseas Press Club awards, and a BAFTA nomination.

As a creative management leader focused on transforming business goals into notable achievements for global brands, start-ups, and award winning branding agencies, Amy aligns leaders on a shared vision, builds action focused organizations and workflow roadmaps to support positive engagements and exceptional output.
Amy’s passion and management experience focuses on the physical design space having led the Global Design and Development Operations team at WeWork and branding strategies for Hudson Yards, 1 Hotels, and Zaha Hadid Residences.
Amy’s deep understanding and appreciation of the creative process makes for a trusted partner amongst industry leaders dedicated to building high impact organizations that deliver exceptional brand outputs. Building upon her 20 years in New York City, Amy now runs her Miilanville based Creative Operations Consultancy studio, Becker, and contributes to local community growth as a graduate of The Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress Fellows Program and as a Board Member of Sullivan County’s Growing Older Together Organization.
